In the heart of Vitalé is Ground Floor, the new bistro and coffee shop open to guests and the territory. We imagined this space as the living room of the house. An informal but curated place, where you feel comfortable at any time of the day. In the morning the scent of coffee accompanies breakfasts prepared with genuine ingredients and selected products.
In the evening “Ground Floor” transforms into the ideal place for an Italian-style aperitif, a glass of local wine and a chat without hurry. Our gastronomic offer is inspired by Mediterranean culture and Italian tradition: simple ingredients, quality products, authentic flavors and continuous attention to seasonality. Because we believe that cuisine is one of the most beautiful ways to get to know a territory.
